If no man or woman can swear, under oath and affirmation, to a valid claim of a verifiable debt, whereby Santo is liable, then this is trespass against the man, slander, and defamation of character. I believe the warrants are fraudulent. I require you to investigate this matter and, if no one is willing to provide a signed bill, then I order that the alleged charges be discharged. If I am mistaken and if a man or woman comes forward with a True Bill for Santo, then I, a fellow man and a member of the public, will be happy to settle and discharge this debt, as I believe Santo is a just man and will want to remain in honor.
