Please help - There was a relatively small fire at a home in Brunswick last week. Didnt seem like anything out of the ordinary. But when we started helping them with smoke/soot and contents cleaning we learned that this house represents a much-needed service for our veterans. It is called Building Veterans. They support at-risk veterans and their families as they adapt to life back home. Their focus is on PTSD, preventing veteran homelessness and suicides, job training, among other things. This house provides lodging to those veterans. We are gathering items from their wish list to deliver to the house. If you are able to donate new linens/bedding, new towels, new shower curtains, dish towels, sponges, furniture, etc., please contact us.
