Please help FIV + Sylvester find a home! This sweet boy was living on the streets even though hes really friendly. Thats no place for a friendly, FIV cat! These cats can live normal lives, especially if they have access to routine vet care. For more info about FIV, please visit angelwingsrescue.tripod/fiv.html. FIV isnt the disease that is highly contagious, BUT I need to find him a home with other FIV cats or as an only cat because when he got really upset (he needed eye drops), he did bite my husband. He didnt break the skin, but this is a concern for me when it comes to introducing him to my large crew. That is stressful for most cats. Otherwise, he allows all handling and asks for scratches and luvins constantly. Imagine here are these people you dont really know holding you still to put scary drops in your eyes...it freaked him out and we forgive him for that. :) In the mean time, he remains in isolation, which is just not a good situation. I know theres a home out there for him somewhere! Were in South Jersey, but will work hard to set up transportation through volunteer groups if you can find a place in your heart for this lovable boy, no matter where you live.
