Please help me to understand. The CCM assumed office on January 23rd, 2013. A known NRP activist who spends all day on social media cursing the CCM led NIA is on contract to the same NIA that she spends her time cursing. That contract expires on September 2014. The CCM led NIA refuses to terminate her contract and she works under the same CCM led NIA and curses them daily for 22 months whilst not performing. Her contract finally comes to an end on the appointed date. She collects all benefits due to her under her contract as bargained for and agreed when her contract was negotiated. Both parties having been freed of the contract that has come to an end, the NIA declines to grant a new contract to her. Is this victimization? To me if the NIA wanted to victimize it would have terminated the contract forthwith upon entering office and refused to allow the employee her benefits thereunder. But the CCM led NIA did no such thing. If I bargain for a car and I get the car should I cry victimization that I afterwards asked for another car which was refused?
