Please help save our beautiful Great Barrier Reef - sign and share! The Great Barrier Reef is at serious risk of becoming a dumping ground for millions of tonnes of sludge, to make way for bigger ports and allow thousands more coal ships to plough through its pristine waters. The new Environment Minister Greg Hunt is currently deciding whether to allow the dredging of millions of cubic metres of seabed at Abbot Point and dump it just 50 km from the Whitsunday Islands. I just sent the Minister an email asking him to reject this dredging and dumping off Abbot Point. PLEASE email him too! Make your voice heard and help show the Australian Government that the protection of the Reef must be our top priority. Every email he receives brings a good decision for the Reef one step closer.
