Please help spread this status around. NEVER, NEVER use Toptec Heating & Cooling in Libertyville. They rip off their customers and dont even install the correct parts when they are ripping you off. They charge about 40% more than other companies for the exact same service/parts/installation. We would have sent the repairman away, but way too cold to wait until tomorrow to use someone else. DO NOT USE THEM...EVER!!!!
