Tom McPhee from WA2S will be in Houston at the end of December meeting with local groups and filming homeless and stray animals. There will be an Open Forum with McPhee on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 2-4 PM at Crime Stoppers Houston, 3001 Main. WA2S American Strays Project helped raise national awareness about Detroits animal overpopulation problem and they want to help us do the same in Houston.
