Please if you dont know this you should. Less than 5 yrs ago Ben a I get a bonded leather sectional from Jordans Furniture. The guy said it would out last anything. Dogs, kids, spills. Well 4 yrs. ago Elliot and his team of geniuses realized bonded leather isnt worth shit. My couch is disintegrating. I still have a 5 yr. warranty. Apparently it wont cover the break down of the couch. But,The second day little better same stance. We arent giving out 5 yr. warranties, yes but you did. It was good for another 6 months. And to boot the 1st lady Lisa says you get what you pay for. How do you like that Elliot? When asked to talk to corporate they ALL said the were corporate. Then, as if they were doing me a favor they said they could fix a broken screw and the ottoman that snapped. I said I just have to ask being a Red Sox fan myself how do you give away all that furniture.She replied quickly-insurance. I said isnt that what we did when we bought the 5 yr warranty. Whats right is right and Im tired of the little guy getting screwed. Jordans if you didnt know about your product then dont sell it. And if you backed it back it. That is the AMERICAN way. Also tell people. To go across the street to IKEA if they want something thats not going to disintegrate.
