Please, if youre told to take a statin drug. Say No.(except for extreme cases as in youve already had a heart attack recently, and add CoQ10 with it.) If youre told your cholesterol is too high and avoid cholesterol containing foods... ignore them. Oxidation, inflammation and sugar cause heart disease. And ONLY small, sense LDL is potentially dangerous. Large fluffy LDL is GOOD for you. Cholesterol feeds every cell of the body and is a vital hormone. I actively try to add cholesterol in my diet daily. That is all.
