DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT A FEW GUN GROUPS ARE SPINNING!!!! I HAVE DONE THE HOMEWORK MYSELF!!! PLEASE READ! On SB 244 being heard Thursday, it seems that our Legislators and a few Pro gun groups dont understand how the system works as well please include this as well. One major problem with youre logic about the amended bill...the state has absolutely NO control over who is on the FBI NICS list and who comes off and quote They never will...the FBI does. I have already confirmed this with the FBI. Secondly it takes going to court and hiring a lawyer to come off, NOT just petitioning...I dont know about you but I have looked into this as well and the majority of people I know can not afford the type of lawyer that would best argue this sort of case, rendering the act very difficult no matter what ANY legislator says...You simply do not have the authority to tell the FBI what their policies are and are not and you can not assure in any way that if one is put on the list that a person without money would be able to get their name off... STRONGLY URGE THEM TO VOTE AGAINST (ITL) ON SB 244!!! THIS IS JUST A BILL TO DEMORALIZE AND PASS SOMETHING...ANYTHING, THEY DONT CARE WHAT. THIS BILL WAS AND STILL IS ANTI 2ND AMENDMENT PERIOD!!!
