Please join us at Clements Place from 13th January on Monday afternoons from 2-3 pm for our new 5 week course…..with Jain Stone H Dip CT Baby and Me We shall be covering Baby Massage – Full body routine, massage techniques that may assist with common ailments (e.g. Colic, Constipation, Eczema and congestion, and help baby to self-soothe). Play Activities for Parent & Baby – Gentle stretching & toning for baby, games, interaction techniques to assist the development of all five senses, using props. And Relaxation Techniques for Parent & Baby – Relaxed holding of baby and soothing techniques relevant to their age and development. Classes will be held at Clements Place Leigh on Sea on Monday’s 2-3 pm from 13th January 2014 and is £40 for the course. This class is suitable for babies from birth to pre crawling. Each session will last 60 minutes, please bring a towel, changing bag and feeds etc. This is an informal class where both mum and baby travel at their own pace. It provides an excellent opportunity to meet with other parents, relax with your baby and learn techniques that will help you to aid your baby’s development soothe your baby and help yourself to relax. Mums, dads and grandparents are all welcome. We believe a relaxed and happy parent raises a relaxed and happy baby.
