Please join us at this great event hosted by Universal Love and Peace featuring Project Rishi, Zero Waste by 2020 and 100 Strong. With magnificent performances by UC Mens and Womens Chorale, Bare Troupe, Fei Tian Dancers, Salsa Dancing and Noteworthy Choir. Our speakers include Peter Hurtabise, former director of Amnesty International UC Berkeley and Michelle Carney, representative of American Red Cross! Project Unity will provide a platform to the Cal community and non profit organizations to present and advert their work on social improvement while creating a positive, supportive environment. The event is a mixture of speakers and performances all about the topic of human rights, and perspectives of various cultures. Project Unity will showcase ways in which Berkeley students will be able to get involved through volunteering and also present performance to inspire such actions.
