Please join us in congratulating Dr. Vance for his Outstanding Alumni recognition. Thank you Ozarka College! Dr Vance was recognized as Ozarka Colleges Outstanding Alumni at the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges annual All-Star Brunch in Hot Springs on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Each year, AATYC recognizes outstanding alumni from each of the states 22 two-year colleges. Dr. Vance earned his associates degree in 2000 at Ozarka College in Melbourne before attending Lyon College where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Physics in 2003. Dr. Vance earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Vance is a member of the Lyon College Alumni Council. We also congratulate Brad Hayes (also pictured) for his Outstanding Alumni recognition from ASU Mountain Home. Hayes later received his Medicolegal degree at St Louis School of Medicine and works with the Mountain Home Coroners office as Chief Deputy Coroner.
