Please join us in welcoming Brian Bill to our staff as Taras Outpatient Program Coordinator! Brian has worked throughout the state of Indiana in Behavioral Health since 1990. He has worked in a variety of settings from Acute Care, Residential, Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programming, providing substance abuse, trauma informed care, and mental health treatment. Brian has presented National, Regional, and local conferences on topics related to substance abuse, trauma and other related mental health topics. Brian is a published author. Brian has worked as an Associate & Adjunct Professor at Indiana University in Indianapolis since 2004. Brian obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesology and his Masters of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University.
