Please keep in your prayers the Long Family of Glasgow, Kentucky. Legendary Light Weight Super Stock Puller, Billy Long, passed away on Thursday morning. Billy Long was the dominant Super Stock Tractor in Kentucky from the early 1980’s until the mid 1990’s. He was several times the points champion in the 5500 Super Stock Class with the Kentucky State Tractor Pullers Association, as well as the first inductee in the American Tractor Pullers Association Hall of Fame. Billy was known for his great driving, and being a true Southern Gentleman. He was always there to help people out, and helped many people in the sport of pulling. Visitation will be Friday starting at 2pm and the Funeral will be on Saturday at 1pm at the AF Crow Funeral Home in Glasgow.
