Todays 2 minute exercise challenge using a bagpack: - 1 minute of lunging forward and pressing the backpack forward & then back (alternate legs each lunge) Followed by - 1 minute of lateral side-to-side jumps over the bagpack. Great whole body and cardio workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. High 5, Matt Swaz Fitness :-) #2minuteexercise
