Come step your way through fast-moving, upbeat rhymthic numbers synchronized to the classis and updated sounds of Irish lore, then show off your moves to friends and family at our end-of-session step-off. Madilyn Track and Field - Sprint to the finish! Lace up your shoes, stretch out your legsand join the race. Run team relays with your friends and learn the fundamentals of stretching and proper hydration. Train in different events from 100 fast sprints to longer run 800s as you get fit and feel great!
