Please like nine year old Spencers page and write to the Leawood City Council to allow him to keep hie free community library.! Nine year-old Spencer Collins of Leawood, Kansas placed a small community library in his front yard. The project was done with help from his father and grandfather and meant as a gift to his mother on Mother’s Day. Leawood officials delivered a notice that if the small community library shelf was not removed pronto, the family would be assessed a fine due to the “structure” not meeting the local building code.
