Please like to keep me in your newsfeed Sorry I cant today. My sisters boyfriends brothers grandads friends goldfish died and yes, it was tragic This is all about making excuses and putting off what needs to be done. Very often if you find yourself putting something off you will be able to justify it to yourself by mentally making some form of an excuse but this is more important or I may as well do it tomorrow or something similar. You may find you are looking for reasons as to why you cant complete a task, and telling yourself and others what these reasons are, all the while knowing full well that it needs to be done urgently. Instead of motivating yourself to do it, you may find that you are weighed down by the fact you have this task to complete, it can spoil things and upset you and loom over you like a shadow.
