Well be profiling our speakers and presenters all week and we wanted to introduce Tayyab Zaidi, a graduate student at the Department of Educational Policy Studies, University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is currently working toward a dissertation on Muslim religious education in America. His research interests cut across organizational analysis, postcolonial education, and systemic-functional linguistics. He holds Masters degrees in English and Applied Linguistics from the University of Karachi, Pakistan, as well as a Masters degree in Educational Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
