Please note that the annual meeting open to all club members will be held Monday November 11Th 2013 in the clubhouse starting promptly at 6:30 pm. This is the time where we will review our past year’s performance and discuss the upcoming year budget and plans for the club. This year we will be discussing and reviewing budgets, electing new board members, and holding a Q and A session. This is what we will be voting on and discussing at the meeting as well as voting for board members at the end of the meeting. The things we will be voting on are as follows: 1. Raising Guest fees: weekdays/weekends $4.00 and events $5.00 2. Off Season (non-swim) Reservations from $50.00 to $75.00 3. 10% of dues to be split and used only towards capital improvement, equipment or land purchases 4. Raise minimum savings to $40,000.00 from $35,000.00 5. Secretary and reservations combined to one position, duties spelled out 6. Term limit for board members extended to three consecutive terms 7. Officers on the board to have free dues - President, Vice President, Treasurer , Secretary ( as of now it is just the Pres. and Treasurer ) (Only if the secretary position is combined and the V.P. is in charge of L.S.G., lifeguards or Snack Shack.) **If you are interested in running for one of the three (3) available positions, you may submit your name for consideration prior to or the day of the meeting. You may be placed on the ballot the day of the meeting also, please consider running for any of the open seats, its a great way to make a difference and give back to something you and your family enjoys. Each member is encouraged to attend at least part of the meeting as this is the meeting where the board will take its direction for the upcoming year. Each member family is entitled to one vote and all votes will be taken by secret ballot so please feel free to be open and honest on how you feel the club should proceed for the future.
