Please only respond if you are qualified to do so: PT, chiro, ortho, or in some other way certified in sports injuries. Ive been slowly ramping up my workouts and the surgically repaired shoulders have been barking a little. Nothing major and no stability issues but definitely a bit more than normal soreness. Do I a)take a little time off from lifting to let them recover b)ease up a little bit but continue to work the upper body c)quit being wimp and suck it up or d)other? Both surgeries were years ago but I havent exactly been spending the past several years consistently working to strengthen them. Amazingly my knees are holding up.
