All legislation and litigation that requires mental health treatment are all trademarks of an authoritarian/totalitarian society. As Americans continue to be less prosperous and less free, all must must realize that expanded intervention by legal authorities into the field of mental health is just a symptom and manifestation of a bigger issue. What distanced America from the rest of the world was that its government had three distinct branches of government with each having its distinct set of participants.Now that is no longer the case. Bar attorney/lobbyists now control all three branches of government as they illegally monopolize assistance of counsel and lobbying. Lobbyists used to just to knock on the door of legislators.Now they are writing the bills and law as elected officials campaigns are being sponsored and underwritten by them. The medical and pharmaceutical campaigns are promoting a medical system that overprescribes medication and surgical procedures. Physicians are being taught or encouraged to do certain things that ultimately causes harm to the patient. The entire system is under indictment and is not sustainable. America must end same hands governance.
