Please pardon me for my tardy response. People often say trust is earned and not given. I beg to differ. My brother Steve Strong and Ma Beryl Alexander Strong took me in as one of their own and I appreciate it. Excuse me if my thoughts are not as coherent as usual but I am still in a state of euphoria from the experience of being able to pursue my passion yesterday with my fellow chef and grill master. All of the smiles and positive feedback with the Big Wallys BBQ experience makes me proud. I felt a sense of purpose watching all of the smiles and happy faces full of BBQ. I thank the Creator of all life for all of those who showed up to patronize us. I promise you if we could we would do it again right now. While I cant tag everyone just know that we appreciate your support and continued support in the near future. We promise to continue to deliver quality food and a family atmosphere; building a brand one plate at a time. Continue to encourage and pray for my brother and I as we walk in to our greatness. #longlivegreatfood
