Please please take care of yourselves! I know three people in the hospital with pneumonia right now. Dont mess with this years bug -- see a doctor, tank vitamin C & zinc, rest, and *at the first sign* of breathing issues go to urgent care or the ER AND DO NOT DRIVE YOURSELF IF YOU ARE THE SICK ONE. I dont normally make a fuss over the flu or head colds, but this seems to be hitting people really hard. Bob and I have had it at a low level for 3 weeks almost, never getting totally awful, never going away. And I know a lot of you reading this have had the same. Well, it seems that it can turn on a dime, so dont mess around. Get thee to a doctor if breathing or talking or swallowing is strained or hurts. People are getting secondary strep and staph infections from compromised immune systems. Dont know what is in this seasons micro-beasties but they seem fairly tenacious. Be well. The light returns.
