Please post for me : advice wanted... I was involved in a car accident before xmas... down the end of trunk road I collided with a woman who had gone through a junction when I had priority. The lady was at fault and both cars were damaged. Me being the trustworthy guy I am I got her to ring me from her mobile at the scene and said text me your details I trust u to do this... ( silly of me I know) well now xmas is over I want my car fixed but she isnt responding to my texts or calls.... this is unacceptable. Due to me beinf silly and just getting her number. .. is there anything the police can do if I report this?
