Please post this as pretty cross right now. If you are travelling to London from the main station and use the ticket machine, it does NOT specify Victoria or Waterloo. I bought a day return, got to Waterloo, had bought the wrong ticket as that one was for Victoria. Had to buy another ticket. Could not be refunded at Waterloo as had to do this at Dorking. Got back to Dorking around 5 and the ticket office was shut. Went back at lunchtime a couple of days later. Office shut. Went back today, office open BUT as it was 8 days since I bought the ticket, I have to request a refund by post, oh and the best bit, I will get vouchers not an actual refund. Highly annoyed as I made a genuine error and then Dorking is understaffed so I cant use the ticket office.
