If you new that the country had a complete fully functional constitution, then why did you constitute the technical committee the review the past constitutions. After spending millions of money, this is when you realize that the review process is useless prior to your current remarks on the people demanding for the release of the final draft constitution In 2011. People of zambia voted for your party in power due to your promises and one such was, you contemporaneously campaigned to deliver a new constitution within 90 days of your reign, and that it will be people driven, but your minister of justice some few days ago said, the country has No money to finish the process, now the paradox am engulfed in is Who and how do you expect donors to fund the process when youre showing ignorance to free the constitution to the public contemporaneousness I think only a person of subnormality can reason like that. The technical committee handed over the final draft constitution to the ministry of justice some weeks ago then why are you not releasing the final draft to the people of zambia who are craving for it. How many more days, months or years are remaining with you to Free the final draft constitution to the respective people of zambia? Mr president it is not too late for you to reconsider your and correct yourself, there is enough time for you to emerge hero of the zambian people just by Delivering the constitution in the quickest time we love you and cherish your leadership long live mr president.
