Please pray for the repose of the soul of Father David Brock, who passed from this life on October 24 at the age of 87. Father Brock was ordained a priest for the Detroit Archdiocese in 1956. His assignments included serving as associate pastor at Epiphany Parish, Detroit; St. Rose of Lima Parish, Detroit; St. Ambrose Parish, Grosse Pointe Park; St. Michael Parish, Livonia and as pastor at St. Anne Parish in Monroe. Father Brock also served as chaplain in the US Navy for 22 years. Visitation continues today, Monday, at St. Anne Parish in Monroe from 2:00 to 8:00 pm with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Father Brock will lie in repose on Tuesday, October 29 at St. Anne, from 10:00 am until the celebration of his funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield. Father Brock was predeceased by his parents Peter and Marian; siblings Jack, Paul, and Thomas Brock and Daphne Lucas. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Condolences may be sent to Rev.
