Please pray with me tonight... Lord, as always we gives thanks to You for another day that You have given us, and for the many blessings of it, we thank You for being able to go into Your house and to give You the thanks that You deserve, not only today, but every day of the week. I pray Lord, that we are not a Sunday only people, that we give thanks and praise to You each and every day. And that we are not an Only when I need You people, that we realize that we need You each and every minute of each and every day.... Lord, a lot of request have been lifted up to You, some Lord, are unspoken, some have to do with loved ones, family members, friends, situation and burdens that need Your intervention. Lord, we ask for patience for things that we may be seeking, and the faith that You will give us what we need when we need it. There are others Lord, that need Your special healing touch....We ask that You be with Josh Burnett, as he is getting ready to have surgery, that You ease the anxiety that he, his wife, children and brothers may be having, that You let Your presence be known in a mighty powerful way, that You be with the doctors, nurses, and all medical staff, that they look to You for guidance, we know that You are in control, and that You do have a plan and a purpose. We know that Monica Durham is getting ready to have surgery, and we ask the same for her, we know that she is anxious about it and we ask that You give her the peace of knowing that You are the almighty God, and that You will be with her also. Lord, we continue to ask that You be with those that are still fighting sickness, and that You give each and everyone the strength that they need. Lord, again I lift up my friend, Diane, and I ask Lord, that You send Your angels down to stand by her bed and when You decide that its time, that they gently take her by the hand and lead her to the Home that You have prepared for her, and that You be with her family and friends, bring comfort to them, and peace. Lord, I continue to pray that You be with everyone tonight and that if it be according to Your will awaken us to another day of blessings, and Lord, forgive of us of our short comings, for we all fall short of Your Glory. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
