Please promise me you will let me know when I am harping on this whole I am living in a very uncomfortable hard neck brace 24/7 and cant do anything on my own and have pain from my neck incision and bone graft incision in my back . I am sure it has to be getting old for all of you. However, every day seems to bring new joys. This morning I will endure a first. I am having an aide come to help me bathe. This will be excruciatingly embarrassing. I am not looking forward to it. But there is only so much dry shampoo can do, so.... God help me.
