Please protect yourself from such people This person says hes a celebrity manager, casting person, in the industry for about 30 years lives in three - four places in south Bombay and not only that his apparent office is in wtc at Cuffe and works with A+ production houses, the remuneration anyone is paid is not remuneration its compensation he doesnt let you audition as hes such a big name in the industry that it doesnt matter whether what production house it is all it takes is five- ten minutes and you are selected he said he wanted to meet at a costa coffee and couldnt wait another day to meet as hes flying to some place to endorse his new found talent today as a single days delay is a wast of time after being harrowed, pestered and obnoxiously irritated when I showed up for the meeting he says one hour isnt enough as theres lots to discuss and he needs me to go through a contract and sign it so we start working he wanted me to come for a meeting where I was supposed to meet the producer and director actors etc and they needed to take a call without even auditioning me and when I said Im not traveling alone and a member of my family would accompany me he said he would check and let me know(its been a month not heard from him) he advices not to work through coordinators not to sign up with agencies and casting directors are people who dont exist in the process of making a film And lets not even get me started on the so called A B C the code language he and the producer director financer co actor speak its basically what you allow them to do to you and how much you charge extra for the picked alphabet After the meeting was over this is what he sends me and forgets to replace my name in last line and who talks to any person you want to establish a professional relation with Avoid this person: I am here only for you Avoid this person: Please I request you=0D Avoid this person: Take your time I will wait for yo= u=0D Avoid this person: You agreed to meet me here.
