Please read #PreservationOfTheRighteous# "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:" (2 Peter 2:9). No theory has ever been able to give full analysis of true righteousness. No ordinance since the world began has given its full detail. Even a righteous man cannot explain how he is able to live the righteous life with words. Only the Lord knows how He preserves the righteous. Righteousness is completely a work of grace and it is attained by the indwelling Spirit of Christ. When He comes, He guides us into all truth, including the unspeakable ones. He works from within. No knowledge obtained can break a sinner down, for contrition is an act inspired by the Spirit. Daily victory in the spirit cannot be achieved by human strength, it is not by power, neither by might, but by my Spirit saith the Lord. Learning to be submissive to the Holy Spirit is therefore invaluable for a perfect walk with God. On the other hand, the sinner is reserved unto the day of judgment to be punished. They may seem to have temporary comfort here below, but the wrath of the invisible hangs on them. Therefore, let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thought and let him return unto God, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. There is space at the cross for all!
