Please read: We have made some great progress together these past months, your support has been fantastic. The goodwill of others who feel the same way as I do, the support and guidance - I will never forget. Those who live in Northampton cannot fail to notice how elected representatives from the conservative party have bulldozed ahead with agendas for our Police and Fire service. In these recent weeks we have experienced Simmonds and his Political allies treat us with contempt. I have always said that whether it is a proposed School at Wootton Hall or media manipulation, Simmonds cannot do what he is doing alone. Whats the point of campaigning to remove Simmonds if his political party will just replace him with a clone? However much I personally find Simmonds ignorant, arrogant and abrasive, looking at recent events in the town where I live, my home - our home. It is clear that Simmonds is nothing special or unique, he is a garden variety Conservative politician. I remain independent, but I need to adopt a broader agenda in order to effectively challenge what Simmonds is doing. Therefore, I have slightly changed my website, my approach. Some of you may be uncomfortable with the changes and decide not to follow or support me any longer, I will still challenge Simmonds but cannot effectively campaign for real change by focusing on him in isolation. I hope that in terms of what I believe is right for our county unifies us more than what should divide us. I would simply ask that you continue to monitor what I am trying to do in the future, if you feel you can still join and support me, as always I am deeply appreciative.
