Please read and comment Your thoughts and opinions are needed My Construction Business (Housesurgeons), worked on a Housing Authority Project, building homes for low income families; The Problem: Connecticut State Labor Department falsely claimed that I Misrepresented employee as sub-contractors (SLP Contractor), when In FACT, (SLP) is registered with the Connecticut Secretary of State office, I had contracted with (SLP) to framed (3) building out of (12), Paid (SLP) by check. I co-operated with the CT DOL, and they lied (malfeasance), concluded without considering evidence, and put a STOP WORK order, never releasing the stop work order, so I could return to work, fulfilling my contractual obligations, which loans, taxes, bill incurred from business, and unemployment needed to be paid (Business expenses). I filed Deprivation of Right in Federal court and file claim against the State Claim Commissioner. I, myself claiming Deprivation under (14th Amendment), Suing the State protected under (11th Amendment) of the Constitution Clashes. I file lien on the property to get paid, shut the job down and CT judicial judge rule against CT statue? Which only a person giving power by the owner can request to have a lien removed? The General Contractor Attorney never had permission (Injustice). I retain an Attorney to represent me both in Federal court and State Claims Commissioner and he botch the case, conducting a (6) six minute deposition without using any evidence given, missed the statute of limitation to take the claims commissioners decision to the State General Assembly to request to sue the State. The Attorney had given me denial from the State of Connecticut with sketchy dates and never released to me the denial from Federal Court. I asked for my retainer back and was given $2000 out of $5000, and reported the Attorney to the Bar. (Pending) I sincerely hope you have read this information, knowing that our struggles of economic freedom is challenge by a variety of people in positions abusing their status and authority because they can, because there’s isn’t not enough money to fight, nor people to help when their colleague chooses to be above the law.
