Please read the letter and call! Friendly Paws Pet Supplies & Grooming generously donated 20 bales of straw to help keep outside dogs of Athens County warm in these freezing temperatures. This straw is FREE to the County and yet they are choosing to let it sit unused while dogs TONIGHT are freezing. Let the Commissioners know how you feel about this!
