Based on the Birthing from Within® philosophy created by Pam England, this workshop offers parents-to-be the chance to begin their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical preparation for the journey of birth utilizing mentoring, education, pain-coping practice, and a creative expression exercise (no artistic experience necessary!) to enhance participants’ self-learning. This class is offered by Amanda McKenzie, M.A. Amanda is delighted to offer holistic life coaching, Reiki treatments, and childbirth education for women and their partners! She is passionate about working with women’s empowerment issues, and has been trained in the Birthing from Within® style of birth education and mentorship.
