We are less than a month away from the event and we need an accurate count. The deadline to purchase and sponsor is approaching quickly. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. As a non-profit organization, we recognize the trust placed in us and we want to be great stewards. We do not want to waste the funds that have been given to us. Therefore, we need a final count two weeks before the event.
