Please review my close friend Carl Szulczynski video that is about the death of his brother William. 14 years after his tragedy and he still has not been given his LEGAL RIGHTS thats is by law required by his request. There is a possible speculation that his brother was murdered and the investigators were accomplices to covering up and disposing the data that would have changed the diagnosis of William death from; Suicide to Manslaughter. Because of close relations between the some of police department officials were friends with Williams partner along with a few vital caseworkers that were apart of the investigation. There was possibly previously reports of domestic violence, and other types of abuse regarding Williams and his partner living situation and relationship. No im no attorney but from the physical recorded police reports, I observed that there are data that in contrary to other reports and is not consistent with further reports and was eventually closed. It is for the best interest for his family, (including Williams brother; Carl Szulczyunski), to reopen the case regarding Williams death to do an complete investigation on the reasons of death, background check on (ALL) officials that worked oh his case previously and their connection to Williams partner with the new documentation that brings light to Carls suspected concerns and accusations. William memory is like a ghost with unfinished business that haunts my friend Carl to this day and the people who knew and lived him. Again share this video with your friends and family. I INSIST.
