Please say a prayer, send good thoughts and smoke for the family of Myrtle Henson Raper, my childrens maternal grandmother. Her journey in this life ended at 7 pm tonight. We are all very sad at her passing. She is survived by her son Mark Raper of the home in Kenwood, daughters, Emily Raper of Tahlequah, Esther Russell of Anadarko, Eleanor Raper Butler of Tahlequah and Melody Turner of Snowbird, NC. and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren who dearly loved their granny. She was preceded in death by her son James Raper of Kenwood and her parents Jess T. Henson and Lila Bluebird Henson and granddaughter Kennedy. Though she was my ex-mother-in-law, it never felt that way. I loved her and she loved me. I know she will be missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace until she hears the trumpet that sustained her faith through triumph and tragedy. Dondagohvi Jinvn.
