The textbook is $29.95 (cash only). The FCC exam fee is $15.00 (cash only). ***The exam fee will only be accepted at the time of the exam*** TEXTBOOK: ARRL Ham Radio License Manual Study Guide, 2nd edition. GENERAL INFORMATION: This course is intended to encourage participants to become licensed amateur radio operators and involved in providing supplemental communications via amateur radio to and from the EOC and other select locations throughout Duval County in times of need.
