Please share Fred! Here is what we know about Fred, he is a little over weight he came in as an obese stray, he has lost considerable poundage since being in the shelter, mostly because he is too stressed to really care about food, he really looks fantastic now that he is bathed and had a nail trim, we suspect he was never really out much because his nails were very long, and pads were soft, Fred loves people and other nice dogs, we would call him a submissive boy, extremely smart and intuitive and bonus, he gives the best hugs, the kind that make you feel like he is your own dog, not a shelter dog, he has soulful eyes and just wants a chance to be with a person more than 15-20 minutes a day, he is housebroken, quiet, very quiet and knows sit and come for sure. We have shown him to walk ins at the shelter looking for a family dog, and like our boy ramzi, we hear oh he is really big..... Well he really isnt that big, he is super gentle and loving so whats an extra 10-15 lbs??? Please help us help Freddy, its a killer watching him sink back into depression when he is walked back to his cage,,, and when we close the door to lock him in, he is definitely wondering what he did to deserve this,,, and we of course always wonder if he will be here tomorrow.
