Please share! We are looking for a very special someone to adopt (or foster) two senior cats whose owner has received a terminal diagnosis and has to enter a nursing home. She had these cats their whole lives. Both are declawed, so need to remain indoors-only cats. They have never been around dogs or children. Belle, 14, is a beautiful large Siamese who is not very talkative. Dolly, 12, is a large 1/2 birman and 1/2 rag doll cat who also has Siamese markings, with a white belly. She does not like to be picked up, although she was OK with it when our volunteers got them yesterday - probably in shock. Both cats are reserved - not outgoing - but are not nasty. They were very affectionate with their owner and calm with our volunteers. They would be great pets for an older adopter. Help us help them and spread the word!
