Please share and help support the Sweet Caroline 5k to help raise awareness and support for CHOP. My cousin Caroline passed away suddenly on November 12, 2011 of sudden cardiac arrest from an undiagnosed heart complication at the young age of 15. The 5k will be hosted at CB South HS on October 26, 2014 and will include a 1 mile fun run/walk around the track. Last year about $8,000 was raised for CHOP and we are looking to reach our goal of $15,000 for this year. Caroline always had a gleaming smile and contagious laughter that our whole family and friends will never forget and was always the first to volunteer putting others before herself at all times. Please support us and help continue to give back to others as Caroline had including after she passed when her donated organs helped save the lives for four more people, including a 15 year old girl from PA.
