No, then let me tell you what it is !!!! It is Westminsters very own personal piggy bank, to do what it wants with, at the expense and demise of our kids futures in Scotland !!! In other words, it is a wonderful and an enormous financial asset to them, not a liability in any way, shape or form and it is the real reason,(along with all our other vast assets), that they trying desperately to keep by ruling over us !!
