Please share this Crime Alert! Help the OCSO and Orlando Police catch a pair of purse snatchers who struck again just hours ago at 6134 E. Colonial Dr. outside the PetSmart. It happened at 10:03 a.m. today. The 62-year-old female victim parked her vehicle in the parking lot. As she exited her vehicle and walked into the PetSmart, the suspect vehicle, accelerated quickly toward the victim and stopped. A Hispanic male in his 20s wearing a red hoodie jumped from the front passenger seat, grabbed the victim, beat her with his fists and snatched her purse. The driver was a white female. They are driving a gold 2-door Pontiac Sunfire with a rear spoiler. Detectives believe these are the same suspects that struck on December 28th at a Walgreens on 408 East Michigan at 1:45 p.m. A white Hispanic male suspect wearing a dark hooded jacket exited a vehicle and ran up to the victim. The suspect snatched the victim’s purse and then got back into the vehicle. Here are pictures provided by Orlando Police of that incident. Please call Crimeline with tips. 800-423-8477.
