An Ask.fm whistle-blower, told the Daily Mail that millionaire owners Ilja and Mark Terebin ‘don’t care what happens to the children’ and put profit before the welfare of the young and that the website does not comply with regulations because it is based in Latvia. A petition urging the UK Government to protect against these sites was launched by Rebecca Dunn but is not open to non-UK residents.
