On May 20th, FTF in collaboration with Southeast Tennessee Development District’s Relative Caregiver Program (RCP) and the City of Chattanooga’s Youth and Family Development Department, are hosting a seminar for Grandparents Raising Grandchildren and Relatives raising children other than their own.
