But they need to act now: Open Enrollment ends March 31st. The application process can be done online, using an email address. Visit healthcare.gov or call the Call Center at 1-800-318-2586.You can also find certified in-person help in your area by going to localhelp.healthcare.gov and entering the zipcode. Some women who experience changes in circumstance (e.g., the birth of a new child; loss of a job) during the year may be eligible for special enrollment periods throughout the year.
