Again...all ASPAs ACTIONS, are illegal...On june 20 , 2014 Bucharest Court of Appeal SUSPENDED the MEthodological Norms for the implementation of the LAw 258/2013, for the management of stray dogs. This law CAN NOT be applied without its Norms. YET, the SATRAP from ASPA - Bancescu, with the blessing of the General Mayor of Bucharest - Sorin Oprescu and POLICE PROTECTION, continues to capture and KILL DOGS BY THE HUNDREDS...apparently in the most horrible way, mostly in Bragadiru PUBLIC SHELTER...this public shelter has been set on the PREMISES belonging to a JAIL...and there are allegation that inmates ( halfway inmate) are the ones killing the dogs...MORE< only one month after the Court issued the DECISION to suspend the Norms, ASPA signed a Multi million RON contract with an incinerator...again...ILLEGALY....
